No One Alone As a domestic violence shelter program, NOA (No One Alone) gives hope to families touched by domestic violence. Families who are battered, injured, hurt, with broken hearts and broken spirits. The emergency shelter houses victims of domestic violence who may have nowhere else to turn for help. Not only are victims sheltered from physical and emotional violence, but they are also provided with food, clothing, transportation, medicine, and personal necessities.
