Meet Tom Carter, the OurTown2Day Area Manager for Central Georgia.

• Married 35 years to Nancy, has two grown children and two grandchildren.
• Transferred by Federal-Mogul Corp. to Macon in 1993.
• Over 30 years Corporate Sales Admin. & Management experience with: General Tire, Allegheny International, TRW/Federal-Mogul Corp., WESCO Corp.

Since 1997, Tom has worked as an Independent Marketing Contractor with various Publishing companies including Indigo Custom Publishing here in Macon. Tom has worked with various Chambers of Commerce, Major Corporations and other Civic organizations to promote their projects. His responsibilities have included the securing of funding, development of advisory boards, sales and distribution programs and the development of promotional events to create public awareness of their project.

As our Area Manager in Central Georgia, Tom’s past and current experience gives him the insight OurTown2Day.com is looking for. Our goal is to serve a limited and selective number of sponsors in each town, his ability to find quality companies and organizations is a great asset to our company.
